    All payments processed on our website are 100% secure. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Multibanco e Mbway


     Please note that MB and MBWAY are only available in Portugal.


    All prices listed include 23% Value Added Tax, as per Portuguese Law. 



  • VAT AND CUSTOMS

    If you are purchasing from outside the European Union, local import duties may apply when your package reaches its destination. All costs associated with these duties must be supported by the recipient of that package.


    Please contact your local customs offices for further information on their policies and import duties.  

    • PROMO CODES AND VOUCHERS

      Besides seasonal sales and promotions whose discounts will be clearly visible in product listings and product pages, we also run independent campaigns with specific promo codes and vouchers. Although some of these codes may be publicly shared on the website or social media networks, the vast majority is exclusive to our Newsletter subscribers.

    • DELIVERY

      At the moment, we are only shipping to the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Israel, Japan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Mozambique, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Scotland, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Wales.


      We are continuously working to expand our services to new markets. 


      For Portugal and Spain we ship through Correos Express, whereas for all remaining countries we use UPS. We offer two shipping options: Standard (ground shipping) for Europe and Express (air shipping) for the Rest of the World. Estimated delivery times are:


      PORTUGAL AND SPAIN (Correos Express):

      • Express:  1 2 working days


      EUROPE (UPS):

      • Standard: 3 5 working days
      • Express: 1 — 2 working days


      USA (UPS):

      • Express: Up to 3 working days


      REST OF THE WORLD (UPS):

      • Express: 3  7 working days


      We try to ship all orders within 24 hours, however small delays may occur during busier periods such as sales, Holidays or season changes. 


      All orders are shipped using a registered service: you will service the tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Scheduling is not available with our current delivery services, meaning the courier will attempt to deliver your package without prior notice  please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive it. Nonetheless, you will be able to accompany your order by entering the tracking number on the courier's website, as per our email instructions. 


      In the event that one of more products are unavailable at the time of purchase, we will notify you by email and process a full refund for those products.


      Upon receiving your order please confirm that neither the package or its contents have been damaged or tampered with. If so, please do not accept the package which will be returned to us. Please contact us immediately at customer.service@ambitious-brand.com informing us of the situation and include photos if possible. We will send you another package as soon as possible. 


      We consider the order delivered when you sign the delivery receipt at the shipping address. 


    • SHIPPING COSTS

      Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout, upon entering your delivery address. Costs may vary depending on product category, quantity, delivery service and of course, your location.  


      We offer FREE SHIPPING depending on your order total and delivery address. Please note that sale items are not eligible for free shipping.


      PORTUGAL AND SPAIN:

      • Standard Delivery (Correos Express) — Always free (except for sale items or other clearly marked exceptions)


      EUROPEAN UNION:

      • Standard Delivery (UPS)  Free shipping for orders above 100€
      • Express Delivery (UPS)  Free shipping for orders above 200€


      REST OF EUROPE:

      • Standard Delivery (UPS)  Free shipping for orders above 150€
      • Express Delivery (UPS)  Free shipping for orders above 250€


      REST OF THE WORLD:

      • Standard Delivery (UPS)  Free shipping for orders above 250€
      • Express Delivery (UPS)  Free shipping for orders above 350€


    • RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      You can process a full or partial return of your order, within 15 working days after the date of delivery. If you wish to do so, please contact us at customer.service@ambitious-brand.com, with subject line RETURN followed by your order number. Please also include the reasons for returning on the email body along with any images that may be necessary. We will send you all necessary instructions to process your return.


      Products must be returned unworn and in their original condition, including packaging and all original labels and tags. Upon receiving your return, our team will evaluate the condition of the products and process the refund. We do not process refunds for worn or damaged products (unless it was caused by a defect).  


      All costs associated with the return must be supported by the client, except when stated otherwise, or when the client has received a wrong or defective item. We recommend you return the package using a registered courier service with tracking number, to ensure we can track it and that it reaches its destination. If you prefer, we can offer a return service using our courier  please confirm this option when contacting us by email. We will provide you with a return label which you must attach to the package and all you have to do is deliver it at a nearby UPS Access Point. We will deduct shipping costs associated with the return on your refund (return shipping costs are the same as the initial shipping costs). If you are processing an exchange, we will charge you the return shipping costs before shipping the new item.


      After receiving the package at our warehouse, our team will confirm the condition of the items and process the refund. We do not process refunds for worn or damaged products (except if they are defective).
