If you are purchasing from outside the European Union, local import duties may apply when your package reaches its destination.

Ambitious has no control over this process and all costs associated with these duties must be supported by the recipient of that package. If the recipient refuses to pay these taxes or collect the package from the local customs office, all costs associated with returning it to our offices will be supported by the recipient.

General Terms and Conditions

Purchases of items on sale (promotion, discount, or offer) are valid through their presentation on the online store. All campaigns are subject to stock availability, and the terms may be changed at the discretion of AMBITIOUS. In case of spelling errors, prices, stock, or other data, AMBITIOUS reserves the right to cancel the user's order.

Winter Promo

Winter Promo campaign with up to 50% discount on selected items, valid from January 21 to 31, 2025. Not cumulative with other discounts or ongoing promotions.

Essentials

Essentials models campaign valid from October 20 to 22, 2023, applicable only to selected items (Essentials) by applying the voucher code at checkout. Not combinable with other campaigns or promotions.

Super Saturday

The Super Saturday campaign includes a 15% discount on the purchase of 2 or more items on December 16 and 17, 2023. Not combinable with other ongoing discounts, promotions, or campaigns.

Private Sale

The PRIVATE SALE discount campaign is valid on selected Spring-Summer items identified online. Valid from June 17 to 30, 2024, for previously registered customers. Not combinable with other discounts or ongoing campaigns.

Archive Savings

The ARCHIVE SAVINGS discount campaign is valid on selected items from previous collections, with discounts of up to 50%. Valid from January 3 to February 16, 2025. Not cumulative with other discounts or ongoing promotions.

Last Sizes

The Last Sizes discount campaign is valid on selected items identified online due to the approaching end of seasonal stock, with discounts of up to 50%. Valid from January 21 to February 16, 2025. Not cumulative with other ongoing campaigns or promotions.

Black Friday

The Black Friday (Early Access) campaign is valid from november 25 to 28, 2024, with up to 50% off on selected items. This early access campaign is exclusive to previously registered customers, not applicable to authorized retailers. Not combinable with other ongoing campaigns or discounts.

The Black Friday campaign is valid from November 29 to December 2, 2024, with up to 50% off on selected items. This campaign is exclusive to purchases of items identified on this website, not applicable to authorized retailers. Not combinable with other ongoing campaigns or discounts.

Other Discounts, Offers, and Promotional Campaigns

The subscription discount voucher for communications (newsletters) includes a 10% discount in the shopping cart. Purchases imply acceptance of AMBITIOUS's commercial terms. Not combinable with other ongoing campaigns or discounts.

For Portugal and Spain we ship through Correos Express, whereas for all remaining countries we use UPS. We offer two shipping options: Standard (ground shipping) for Europe and Express (air shipping) for the Rest of the World. Estimated delivery times are:

PORTUGAL AND SPAIN (Correos Express):

• Express:  1 — 2 working days

EUROPE (UPS):

• Standard: 3 — 5 working days
• Express: 1 — 2 working days

USA (UPS):

• Express: Up to 3 working days

REST OF THE WORLD (UPS):

• Express: 3 — 7 working days

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours, however small delays may occur during busier periods such as sales, Holidays or season changes. 

All orders are shipped using a registered service: you will service the tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Scheduling is not available with our current delivery services, meaning the courier will attempt to deliver your package without prior notice — please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive it. Nonetheless, you will be able to accompany your order by entering the tracking number on the courier's website, as per our email instructions. 

In the event that one of more products are unavailable at the time of purchase, we will notify you by email and process a full refund for those products.

Upon receiving your order please confirm that neither the package or its contents have been damaged or tampered with. If so, please do not accept the package which will be returned to us. Please contact us immediately at customer.service@ambitious-brand.com informing us of the situation and include photos if possible. We will send you another package as soon as possible. 

We consider the order delivered when you sign the delivery receipt at the shipping address. 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout, upon entering your delivery address. Costs may vary depending on product category, quantity, delivery service and of course, your location.  

We offer FREE SHIPPING depending on your order total and delivery address. Please note that whenever possible, all orders eligible for Free Shipping will be dispatched using Standard Delivery.

RETURNS

Returning items involves either a refund or the issuance of a shopping voucher to the user after the effective return of the purchased item, strictly adhering to the following conditions:

1. A 15-day return period starting from the actual delivery date of the order;
2. The return of the products must occur without any evidence of use or damage and with all elements that were part of the purchase (tags, packaging, and others);
3. The actual refund of the purchase value (reversal) will only occur after acceptance by the Ambitious team following a rigorous quality control of the returned item(s);
4. The refund of the purchase value is made only and exclusively to the same method of purchase or via a shopping voucher.

The return process includes the following mandatory steps:

1. The user must make the return request to the email address customer.service@ambitious-brand.com;
2. The Ambitious team will confirm the acceptance of the process initiation and send all the return conditions, including any return expenses of the item(s);
3. Upon receipt of the item(s) at the Ambitious warehouse, they will undergo rigorous quality control to ensure their validation;
4. After validating the return, the Ambitious team will process the refund through the same original payment method of the order or via a shopping voucher (at the user's discretion).
5. It is highlighted that the refund amount will always and only correspond to the value of the products effectively returned, excluding the value of the shipping costs associated with the original order (if applicable), with all transportation costs being the responsibility of the user.

EXCHANGES

The exchange method is valid only for countries belonging to the European Community and is not applicable to other countries.

Exchanging items involves only and exclusively by size or color of the same item/reference, strictly adhering to the following conditions:

1. A 15-day return period starting from the actual delivery date of the order*;
2. The exchange of the products must occur without any evidence of use or damage and with all elements that were part of the purchase (tags, packaging, and others);
3. The effective exchange will only occur after acceptance by the Ambitious team following a rigorous quality control;
4. Exchange is only accepted for the choice of another size or color of the same item reference.

The exchange process includes the following mandatory steps:

1. The user must make the exchange request to the email address customer.service@ambitious-brand.com or carry out the same in the Customer Area;
2. The Ambitious team will confirm the acceptance of the process initiation and send all the exchange conditions, including any return expenses of the item(s);
3. Upon receipt of the item(s) at the Ambitious warehouse, they will undergo rigorous quality control to ensure their validation;
4. After validating the exchange, the Ambitious team will send the new item by the same transport method associated with the original order.

*In the event that there is no stock for the exchange method by the referred deadline, the user may request a return via the shopping voucher method.
