  • Do I need to have an account on the Ambitious website to make a purchase?

    No. You can place an order without creating an account. To do so, please select the desired option when going into the checkout menu. 
    However, please note that by registering on our website you will be able to:

    • Access our Loyalty Program;
    • Create a Wishlist;
    • Keep track of new orders and access your order history;
    • Request an exchange or return;
    • Save your preferences for a more personalized experience;
    • Save your payment and delivery information for faster shopping in the future;
  • How can I create a customer account?

    To create an account simply click on the "Log in/ Register" icon on the top right corner of the screen and enter your email address under "CREATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT" on the right column. Fill in all the necessary fields and become part of the Ambitious universe.
  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    To receive a new password simply click on the "Log In / Register" icon on the top right corner, and then select "FORGOT PASSWORD" at the bottom on the left column. Enter the email address associated with your account and you'll receive an email with a link to select a new password on your inbox.


  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes. You can change or cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at and include your order number in the subject line. 
  • Do you ship worldwide?

    At the moment we only ship to the following countries:   Albania, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Israel, Japan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Mozambique, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Republic of Ireland, San Marino, Scotland, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine  , United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Wales.
  • What is the status of my order?

    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all information regarding it. We will verifiy stock availability and process your order as soon as possible. Once it has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking number and link, where you can keep track of its progress. 

    If you have registered for an account, you can access this information under the "ORDERS" tab in My Account.

  • Will I have to pay Customs Fees and Import Fees?

    All customs and import fees must be supported by the recipient. Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, Ambitious has no control over costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact value of these rates.

    If the recipient refuses to pay these taxes or collect the package from the local customs office, all costs associated with returning it to our offices will be supported by the recipient.

    If you have any questions,  please contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about customs charges and their applicability.

General Information

  • How can I buy from the Ambitious website?

    Buying on our website couldn't be simpler:

    1 — To begin, click on store in the top menu to see all the products available, or select one of the highlighted categories in the submenu;

    2 — Click on the image of each product to see more information, namely pictures, description, composition, availalbe colors and sizes;

    3 — Choose the color and size and click "ADD TO CART". You can continue to buy or choose to go to Checkout;

    4 — To proceed to Checkout, select the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right corner and click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT;

    5 — Confirm the products and quantities and select "CONTINUE". You will have the following options:

    • If you already have an account created, you can login:
    • If you don't have an account, you can create one now or choose to checkout without registering

    6 — Fill in and/or verify that all the data presented is correct, namely the delivery and billing address;

    7 — Select the payment method and click "PAY SAFELY";

    8 — You will receive an email confirming your order.

  • How do I know my size?

    You will find a Size Guide on all product pages, with conversions for different size charts and measurements in cms. If you have any questions, please send us an email to and we will be happy to help you choose the right size. 
  • The product I wanted is out of stock. Will it be available again?

    We may receive new stock of sold out products, especially if they are carryovers. If the product you are looking for is sold out, you can request to be notified should it become available again. You can select that option in the product page. 

Exchanges and Returns

  • How can I return an item I bought at the online store?

    You can process a full or partial return of your order, within 15 working days after the date of delivery. If you wish to do so, please contact us at, with subject line RETURN followed by your order number. Please also include the reasons for returning on the email body along with any images that may be necessary. We will send you all necessary instructions to process your return.

    Products must be returned unworn and in their original condition, including packaging and all original labels and tags. Upon receiving your return, our team will evaluate the condition of the products and process the refund. We do not process refunds for worn or damaged products (unless it was caused by a defect). The amount refunded will consider only the purchased products and will not include shipping costs of the original order (if there were any). 

    All costs associated with the return must be supported by the client, except when stated otherwise, or when the client has received a wrong or defective item. We recommend you return the package using a registered courier service with tracking number, to ensure we can track it and that it reaches its destination. If you prefer, we can offer a return service using our courier — please confirm this option when contacting us by email. We will provide you with a return label which you must attach to the package and all you have to do is deliver it at a nearby UPS Access Point. We will deduct shipping costs associated with the return on your refund (return shipping costs are the same as the initial shipping costs). If you are processing an exchange, we will charge you the return shipping costs before shipping the new item.

    After receiving the package at our warehouse, our team will confirm the condition of the items and process the refund. We do not process refunds for worn or damaged products (except if they are defective).

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    Upon reception of the returned items, our Quality Department will evaluate their condition and eligibility for refund. If everything is ok we will process the refund to the same payment method used when purchasing. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your account. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are not eligible for refund.
